By downloading, installing, or using the DIVS (Device Integrity Verification System) software, website (divs.co.in), or services operated by Asymmetric Group, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, do not install or use the software.
Asymmetric Group grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to run the DIVS Sentinel desktop application on compatible Windows devices under your own possession, strictly to secure and verify internal hardware integrity.
You explicitly acknowledge and agree that DIVS relies on local system queries (WMI and Disk IOCTLs) to extract low-level serial numbers (SSD, RAM, Motherboard, display panel EDID, battery) to build a machine fingerprint. You consent to these scans occurring on startup and periodically in the background to detect hardware swaps.
You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or circumvent the encryption, Registry anchors, or security hash checks built into the DIVS desktop client, shadow directories, or backend servers.
The DIVS software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. While DIVS is engineered to audit and alert on hardware changes, Asymmetric Group does not guarantee the prevention of physical theft, nor does it guarantee compatibility with customized system modifications.
Asymmetric Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, hardware warranty voids by third-party repairs, or business losses) resulting from the use or inability to use this software.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
